School blues.

I'm sick.Not of an infection (well right now i am)
Not because of people.
But.
Because of SCHOOL.

I just can't deal with the overload on homework, figuring out what to do on the weekend, (balancing fun and homework) , and oh yeah, i work.
I feel like everything just goes completely wrong. I haven't had a week that has been good. that's a whole month. And I'm the person who just goes even though I'm tired. People are wondering how I survive on so little hours is that i DONT. but I just have to get through the day til its time to go to sleep. Even then I have to stay up doing homework or I have to crunch it in during homeroom, and sometimes I can't deal with it.
I also found out I have a huge Vitamin D deficiency so I have to eat other foods, and they are not helping with my stomach.
People call me lazy but I usually have to do stuff like watch my brother, which involves playing with the poor kid, I have homework and then do chores around the house cause I'm never home on the weekends and I have to make it up.

I went to Awakening Musical Fest this year and it was awesome! I went with my friends Ashley, Kayla, and Stephanie and we had a great time jamming to people such as Hawk Nelson, Family Force 5, and tobyMac! <- we also heard Jamie Grace sing her song "Hold Me".

I feel like people don't understand that Christians AREN'T PERFECT. We screw up, mess up, slip up, just like EVERYONE IN THE WORLD. The only thing that is different is that we, have a God and His Son to "hold us" while we are feeling this way. One way to put it is that God holds on to your arm, and even if you mess up, he's still going to be holding you.
You may think what you are doing now is so terrible and you can't go back, or even what would people think? "Christians are "supposed" to be GOOD KIDS. PERFECT KIDS." HA. i laugh at that. Christians don't strive to be PERFECT. but we strive to be what God wants us to be.

I challenge you as a reader to figure out what God wants you to be. And how you find that out is to read HIS book, the Bible. You'll figure out that even the most prestigious people in the Bible screwed up. Like Paul.
Paul was originally named Saul. He was hated by everyone. He killed alot of people. He's the poster child of what not to do.  And yet God had a plan for him.
Crazy. No other words to describe it.

Sigh.
I've been gone all this summer practically and school seems like its almost here...why? BECAUSE ITS LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AWAY!
This is maddness.
Just came back from New York City with Ashley (we stayed at my Aunt and Uncle's house), and it was a BLAST. Though, I do want to come during Christmas time to see all the Christmas-y things like the ice skating rink, sleigh rides through the snow falling, etc, etc.
I recently forgot about my blog and I saw my friend's post about some jerk.
I want to her read this: FORGET HIM!!!!! the kid is a no-good-son-of-a-gun-bum-who-just-got-a-girlfriend.
I've known this kid for quite some time, and all he's done to her is what a guy shouldn't do! he's late, doesn't text her back, makes up lame excuses, and she has EVERY RIGHT TO BE PISSED AT HIM. and yet he just got a girlfriend. blahhhhh (sorry girl, i had to say it)
He just makes me mad of what I hear about him! AFRJDKLFJKDLFJ: = my frustration towards him.

July, what a wonderful month

This past week I went to The Master's Inn, in Virginia, and its a completely life-changing camp. The things you do there reflect what you should do EVERY DAY, like doing morning devotionals (devos), praying before eating, and glorifying God through whatever actions you do.
God spoke to me and SO MANY people and specifically for me, its how i act.










Another thing that happened, was that I went to Eagle Butte, South Dakota and helped out a VBS for the Lakota kids. Going there makes you realize that even though you thought you had it bad, they have it 10 times worse. 
80 % of the kids I met have been abused in some way shape or form. The kids I had were 7 years old. You could see the love and attention these kids NEED and STRIVE for. I went the first day to pick up kids for a block party and one gets on the bus and sits on my lap. I've never seen the kid before, but as soon as she saw the van that had the church's name on it, she felt SAFE. Most kids there never feel that and that's why its such a bad place. I met so many drunks outside the gates of the church, and whats even sadder is driving through the town seeing these places where these adorable, lovable kids live and you wonder how they do it. How can this 5 year old or 9 year old live in a house with 15 people and have no drawers? One girl spent the night at a very good friend's house (a couple who are pretty rich and live 45 away) and she slept in the dark for the FIRST TIME. The poor girl is 8 or 10! She's so used to cockroaches while she sleeps that it freaked her out to sleep in the dark.
But these kids need God in their life and they will end up as the stereotypical Indian: drunk.
The Lakota Sioux need Satan out of their town, and I pray that Little white church will impact them more than anything.

Also, right now I'm at the beach, ooh man I got a TERRIBLE burn, (everyone says its because I'm a ginger...) BOO THEM! I love the saltwater breeze, sand, and sound of waves crashing! Its the good life.
God has blessed me soo much its unbelievable!

Quote from Letters to Juliet. But it rings so true! What is the color of your hair? If only I had a car...
But...
What if I said hello?
What if I sat next to them?
What if I texted them saying how I feel?


They are haunting.
You never know what would of happened. So next time, do it and look back saying, Wow. I know what the what if is. Today I read a story where a guy wondered if he and this girl would go far. So he got the guts to ask her out. Turns out she was dating someone else. BUT he walked away finally not wondering what if?....


So....my advice? Do atleast 1 thing everyday that you would be scared to do. Then you don't have to look back and say what if?

&& I have a new obsession! Well, I wouldn't put it that harshly, but ever since watching Sabrina The Teenage Witch (the movie), The Proposal, and School of Life, I am amazed of what RYAN REYNOLDS can do with a script. And since he's such a funny guy, I'm "obsessed" with him! Hahahaha

SUMMER!

Ahh! School's out! I'm completely done with all I had to learn. UGH.


Now SUMMER 2011 is rolling in and I'm pretty stoked about this summer! I'll be going to South Dakota to help out an Native American tribe, then a summer camp, then the beach with my best friend and IM GOING TO NEW YORK BABY!
I've never been in the city or big apple, as people may say and I'm SOO EXCITED! I'm doing it for a summer assignment but hey I'm alright with that! 
Its really late now and I need to go to bed so I'll probably post later tomorrow! I'm hoping I can go play tennis! AHH IM EXCITED!
